The current prelaunch path is intentionally narrow: confirm the jurisdictions, review the evidence boundary, and activate only after reviewer and source-coverage approval.
Only the up-to-10-jurisdiction Briefing pilot is under prelaunch review at $99 per month. Public checkout is unavailable. Workspace and Firm are future packaging concepts, not current offers or entitlements. Exact coverage, reviewer readiness, capabilities, limits, contracting details, and availability are confirmed in writing before activation. Requesting a review does not create a charge.
StatePlan Radar is an independent service for safety and compliance professionals. It is not affiliated with OSHA or any state agency. Trust is earned through visible scope, verifiable evidence, controlled publication, and preserved correction history—not unsupported coverage or compliance claims.
The public coverage matrix explains what is configured and what is not. An issued edition's frozen receipt identifies the exact source classes checked and any gaps.
Official source links, capture dates, lifecycle dates, and review state stay attached. Regulatory content cannot publish until the required human-review gate passes.
Issued history is not silently rewritten. Dated corrections appear with affected records and releases, while notification and closure evidence remain traceable.
